CentroMotion Announces Changes in Executive Leadership
Waukesha, WI, July 8th, 2024—CentroMotion today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Carl Beckwith as the Company’s new Chief Executive Officer effective July 8th, 2024. Chris Fenwick will step down as interim CEO and will support an orderly transition.
Carl brings with him an impressive track record of over 25 years of senior-level experience in global manufacturing. Beckwith previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Dura Automotive/Shiloh Industries where he drove meaningful value through his focus on global operations, strategic growth, and divestitures. Prior to joining Dura Automotive, Carl led global operations for Dana and managed 135 facilities. Carl built his career on fostering organizational focus toward serving the customer. Throughout his career, Carl has elevated operational excellence and continuous improvement across various organizations.
Carl joins CentroMotion to lead its next phase of innovation and growth, as the Company continues to drive its mission of designing and delivering highly engineered products that enhance the safety, reliability, and productivity of equipment.
Carl earned a Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan – Ross School of Business.
